Ready to POP Labor Day Inspired Pregnancy Themed Giveaway Hop!

Welcome to the Ready to POP! [a Labor Day inspired Giveaway Hop] hosted by the Blogging Mamas Network!

Milkies Milk Saver #giveaway sponsored by @Fairhaven Health - Fertility

This event is especially meaningful to me because last year on Labor Day, I was indeed in labor. I was 12 days past my due date in my pregnancy with my fourth child. and waiting (sometimes impatiently) for the Lord’s timing for the birth of my precious bundle of joy.  On Labor Day morning, my husband and I decided to try (again) to go out walking to try to encourage baby to come. Our oldest three children had spent the night with their grandparents and we headed out, walking in store after store, with me pausing to lean on the shopping buggy from time to time with contractions. There weren’t any that were regular and I’d already been to the hospital twice (including the day before) with false alarms. I would be being dishonest if I sad that I was feeling discouraged. I’d been carrying that baby for nearly 42 weeks and I was ready to meet him!

A few hours later, my contractions had increased and were becoming more regular. I wasn’t convinced it was the real thing yet, but thought we ought to go to the hospital to check things out just in case. Little did I know, I’d be having a baby that night!

From the website:
“Easy to use, simply slip the Milk-Saver into your bra-cup on the non-nursing side before you breastfeed. The Milk-Saver collects the milk that is leaked when your breast milk lets down. You can store this milk and save it for any time it’s needed.

Slim and portable, the patented Milk-Saver allows you breastfeed anywhere without the fear of embarrassing leaks or uncomfortable nursing pads. And with its stylish, durable case, your Milk-Saver will stay safe and clean when you’re on the go.”
