So easy! So quick!

If you’re kids are new to soup, or like mine, make a fuss whenever it’s slightly different, try serving them a small portion. (Like my little espresso cups of soup.) They’re much more likely to try a small portion. Big portions can be a bit well, scary and off putting. If they like the little portion, they can always come back for more!

What’s your favorite soup recipe for winter?

  1. Thanks for the recipe! How many grams of lentils do you add? Do you use red lentils?

  2. It was delicious – thank you! My husband and 2-year-old daughter thoroughly enjoyed this soup. It is lovely and thick which meant that it was easy for my daughter to eat it all by herself without spilling any. I thought the recipe looked good so I took a risk and doubled the recipe. Now I have lots of soup in the freezer too. 🙂

    • I’m so glad you liked it. It is really easy isn’t it and great to put in the freezer. I think I’ll make some tomorrow. It’s nice and warming and there’s not much sign of spring arriving soon!
